Located in Sydney’s Inner West, Freeze the Moments offers a spacious, sun-drenched photo and hair/makeup studio available for hire. Just 6 km from the Sydney CBD, our studio is open 7 days a week and is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, makeup sessions, and more. Whether you need a short two-hour booking or a full-day shoot, we have flexible rates to suit your needs. Space is also ideal for small group classroom or presentation.

Large Shoot Space: 9.5m x 4.5m with 4m ceiling
Natural Light: 3.5m x 3.4m windows (blackout curtains available)
Tiled Flooring: Perfect for various setups
Makeup/Change Area: Separate 3.6m x 4m space with a large makeup table, lounge, and full-length mirror
Courtyard: Large, communal outdoor space for breaks or additional shooting
Facilities: Separate fully equipped kitchenette with tea, coffee, fridge, microwave, and more
Parking: 1 visitor parking permit included (Half/Full day hire)

Lighting: 2 x Neewar NL 660 40W 3200-5600K (portable battery or 240V dimmable); 2 sets of 4 head 55W 5500K + 135W model lights; 2x Comet CT-600W softboxes, camera tripods, reflectors
Backdrops: Sheer linen, black, white, or boudoir soft white. A 3m and a 2m b/drop stand or use existing black curtain or large white wall
Props & Accessories: Pneumatic trolley, step ladder, fairy lights, flower wall, full-length mirror, and more
WIFI & Audio: Free wifi and Bluetooth speaker available
Additional Equipment & Extras:
Nikon D750 camera with lenses: Available for hire
Thermal Dye Sub Printer (up to 6x9”): Additional fees apply
Overnight Accommodation: Nearby accommodation for up to 5 guests (extra fees apply)

Terms & Conditions:
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
Cancellation: Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable
Rescheduling: Free with 72 hours' notice. A $80 rebooking fee applies thereafter
Balance Payment: Must be paid prior to the start of the shoot
